What you will do

• Own and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) including on-time delivery, first-pass yield, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee daily production activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and alignment with production schedules.
• Lead and develop a cross-functional team including production, quality, materials, and maintenance.
• Partner with Planning and Materials teams to align demand with capacity and optimize labor deployment.
• Champion Lean manufacturing principles through 5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using tools such as Pareto analysis and A3 problem-solving.

Requirements

• Location: Onsite in Jacksonville, Florida
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership (e.g., Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Manager).
• Proven track record of improving KPIs such as cycle time reduction or FPY improvements.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (INFOR/Syteline is a plus), Tableau, and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or Industrial Technology (preferred).

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• APICS, CPIM, or other supply chain-related certifications.
