What you will do
- Supervise a team of 6 Production Supervisors and over 200 associates.
- Manage all direct and indirect production processes required to deliver finished products.
- Mentor, coach, and develop lower-level management and conduct performance reviews.
- Oversee operations to minimize waste and production costs while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Execute production schedules and collaborate with Engineering to solve process-related problems.
- Develop Lean Manufacturing techniques and lead Kaizen projects to increase productivity and throughput.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including 5 years as a Manufacturing Production Manager.
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and training skills with the ability to provide decisive guidance.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation in Tennessee (OSHA/TOSHA).
- Working knowledge of ISO14001 and TS16949.
- Must not require current or future visa sponsorship for employment in the US.

- Knowledge of SAP.
