Fluids Production Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Supervise a team of 6 Production Supervisors and over 200 associates.
• Manage all direct and indirect production processes required to deliver finished products.
• Mentor, coach, and develop lower-level management and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee operations to minimize waste and production costs while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Execute production schedules and collaborate with Engineering to solve process-related problems.
• Develop Lean Manufacturing techniques and lead Kaizen projects to increase productivity and throughput.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including 5 years as a Manufacturing Production Manager.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and training skills with the ability to provide decisive guidance.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation in Tennessee (OSHA/TOSHA).
• Working knowledge of ISO14001 and TS16949.
• Must not require current or future visa sponsorship for employment in the US.

• Knowledge of SAP.
