What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Grow market share specifically within the iGaming and Web3 domains
- Partner with Recruiting to attract and hire top-tier sales talent
- Manage contract negotiations and Salesforce reporting
- Provide strategic direction for deals from first contact to close
- Continuously improve internal sales processes and procedures
Requirements
- Proven track record of sales achievement as a representative
- Experience managing a team of quota-carrying sales talent
- Expertise in managing pipelines for complex, large-scale deals
- Deep understanding of the sales process for Large Enterprise and Mid-market companies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be based in Singapore
