What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets
• Grow market share specifically within the iGaming and Web3 domains
• Partner with Recruiting to attract and hire top-tier sales talent
• Manage contract negotiations and Salesforce reporting
• Provide strategic direction for deals from first contact to close
• Continuously improve internal sales processes and procedures

Requirements

• Proven track record of sales achievement as a representative
• Experience managing a team of quota-carrying sales talent
• Expertise in managing pipelines for complex, large-scale deals
• Deep understanding of the sales process for Large Enterprise and Mid-market companies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be based in Singapore
