What you will do

  • Develop and execute hirify.global's APAC BD and partnerships strategy across Singapore, SEA, South Korea, and Japan.
  • Identify and close high-value partnerships with crypto exchanges, digital wallets, fintechs, neobanks, and stablecoin issuers.
  • Translate regional regulatory and market dynamics into actionable GTM decisions.
  • Recruit, lead, and scale a high-performing APAC BD team.
  • Structure durable mutual-value agreements, including revenue-sharing and co-GTM partnerships.
  • Represent the company at major regional events and engage with senior regulators.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of commercial leadership experience in traditional finance, fintech, and crypto.
  • Proven track record of closing complex enterprise-level partnership deals with financial institutions or regulated entities.
  • Experience building and managing high-performing BD or sales teams.
  • Deep existing commercial relationships in at least two priority markets (SG/SEA, Korea, Japan).
  • Fluent English; proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Bahasa is a meaningful advantage.
  • Strong understanding of APAC regulatory environments (MAS, FSC/FSS, FSA).

  • Additional language capability in Korean, Japanese, or Bahasa.
