What you will do
- Develop and execute 's APAC BD and partnerships strategy across Singapore, SEA, South Korea, and Japan.
- Identify and close high-value partnerships with crypto exchanges, digital wallets, fintechs, neobanks, and stablecoin issuers.
- Translate regional regulatory and market dynamics into actionable GTM decisions.
- Recruit, lead, and scale a high-performing APAC BD team.
- Structure durable mutual-value agreements, including revenue-sharing and co-GTM partnerships.
- Represent the company at major regional events and engage with senior regulators.
Requirements
- 12+ years of commercial leadership experience in traditional finance, fintech, and crypto.
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise-level partnership deals with financial institutions or regulated entities.
- Experience building and managing high-performing BD or sales teams.
- Deep existing commercial relationships in at least two priority markets (SG/SEA, Korea, Japan).
- Fluent English; proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Bahasa is a meaningful advantage.
- Strong understanding of APAC regulatory environments (MAS, FSC/FSS, FSA).
