Location: Remote. This role can be based in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Mainland China.

What you will do
- Own portfolio of strategic Greater China accounts, managing renewals, upsell, and commercial health.
- Build account plans aligned to customer priorities, product adoption, and regional compliance.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders across product, legal, technical, and operations teams.
- Partner with Integration Engineering and Legal for onboarding, deployment, and adoption support.
- Lead renewal/upsell discussions, pricing negotiations, and expansion opportunities.
- Monitor account health, run business reviews, and relay customer feedback to internal teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years in account management, customer success, or post-sale commercial roles in B2B SaaS.
- Track record managing enterprise accounts, renewals, and customer growth.
- Experience in complex multi-stakeholder environments with executive and working-level relationships.
- Strong commercial judgment balancing partnership and revenue goals.
- Organized and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Nice to have
- Experience with Greater China customers in gaming, digital platforms, or regulated tech.
- Upsell/expansion ownership in enterprise accounts.
- Communicating technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Cross-border team experience with local/global processes.
- Familiarity with privacy, compliance, or age assurance.
