TL;DR

Enterprise Account Manager (Greater China): Own and grow a portfolio of strategic customers across game publishers and digital platforms with an accent on renewals, upsell, executive relationship management, and customer adoption. Focus on navigating complex privacy regulations, multi-stakeholder coordination, and identifying commercial expansion opportunities across markets.

Location: Remote. This role can be based in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Mainland China.

What you will do

  • Own portfolio of strategic Greater China accounts, managing renewals, upsell, and commercial health.
  • Build account plans aligned to customer priorities, product adoption, and regional compliance.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders across product, legal, technical, and operations teams.
  • Partner with Integration Engineering and Legal for onboarding, deployment, and adoption support.
  • Lead renewal/upsell discussions, pricing negotiations, and expansion opportunities.
  • Monitor account health, run business reviews, and relay customer feedback to internal teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management, customer success, or post-sale commercial roles in B2B SaaS.
  • Track record managing enterprise accounts, renewals, and customer growth.
  • Experience in complex multi-stakeholder environments with executive and working-level relationships.
  • Strong commercial judgment balancing partnership and revenue goals.
  • Organized and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Greater China customers in gaming, digital platforms, or regulated tech.
  • Upsell/expansion ownership in enterprise accounts.
  • Communicating technical concepts to business stakeholders.
  • Cross-border team experience with local/global processes.
  • Familiarity with privacy, compliance, or age assurance.
