What you will do
- Lead sales engineers across SEA & Korea, providing presales support and technical account management for account managers and partners.
- Recruit, hire, retain, mentor, and develop the team through performance management and technical training.
- Engage enterprise customers to understand challenges and design tailored solutions aligned with their goals.
- Build relationships with C-suite, IT leaders, and partners to drive opportunities and revenue.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to propose customized solutions and support sales cycles with demos and POCs.
- Deliver training on DNS, cloud, cybersecurity, and stay current on industry trends to share insights.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years in pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions engineering, focused on DNS, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Minimum 5 years in people management and leadership.
- Proven track record engaging enterprise customers and partners for sales success.
- Strong expertise in DNS protocols, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), cybersecurity (firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security).
- Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s in computer science, engineering, or related; MBA preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
