TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS): Support growth by identifying and converting new revenue opportunities within existing customer base with an accent on proactive selling, cross-sell expansions, and cloud migrations. Focus on owning full sales cycle from outbound outreach to close, engaging stakeholders, and handling pricing discussions.

Location: Singapore. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Singapore.

What you will do

  • Own and close opportunities within existing customer base, including migrations and cross-sell expansions.
  • Identify and qualify cross-sell opportunities and proactively generate pipeline through outbound outreach.
  • Engage new stakeholders and decision-makers to position broader platform value.
  • Drive customer migration from on-prem to cloud due to end-of-life timelines by end 2026.
  • Lead full sales cycle, pricing discussions, objection handling, and accurate CRM forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and internal teams for smooth handovers.

Requirements

  • Legal right to work in Singapore.
  • True commercial owner mindset, strong hunter bias towards action and outcomes.
  • Experience in SDR, BDR, or Junior AE role with ambition to own full-cycle deals.
  • Confidence in creating demand, initiating commercial conversations, and managing objections.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Motivation driven by ownership, autonomy, and performance.
