What you will do

• Advise divisional managers and HR colleagues on mobility, immigration, and tax matters.
• Partner with stakeholders to determine mobility packages and navigate complex relocation challenges.
• Manage day-to-day expatriate assignment cases, including counseling employees on benefits and reviewing documentation.
• Coordinate with internal tax and immigration teams and external vendors on visas and social security matters.
• Generate relocation cost estimates and support businesses with reporting and budgeting needs.
• Lead project work such as relocation policy reviews and mobility initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a mobility-related field.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with particularly strong Excel knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information and work across global time zones.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland

Nice to have

• Knowledge of international expatriate tax and immigration.
• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or HR-related field.
• Experience with AI tools, including Copilot and LLMs.
