What you will do
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the company's job architecture framework.
- Manage salary structures and pay ranges based on global market data to ensure competitiveness.
- Develop and lead incentive programs, including annual bonuses, sales commissions, and stock option plans.
- Design and own the overall benefits strategy, including vendor management and budgeting.
- Lead the Pay Transparency Project to ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal equity.
- Consult HR teams and business leaders on compensation decisions for offers, promotions, and relocations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits within a global technology organization.
- Proven experience managing C&B policies across multiple countries.
- English: Fluent (C1+) is mandatory.
- Expert-level proficiency in Advanced Excel and MS Office.
- Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or a relevant field.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with job evaluation methodologies.
Nice to have
- Experience in benefits and well-being program plan design and deployment.
- Proficiency in other European languages.
