What you will do

• Lead fair and thorough investigations into workplace concerns, complaints, and grievances
• Partner with employees and managers to understand issues, recommend solutions, and resolve cases promptly
• Collaborate with HR partners to support managers, reduce risk, and apply company policies consistently
• Analyze data, identify trends, and suggest practical improvements to employee experience
• Maintain confidential records, prepare documentation, and represent the company in formal processes
• Conduct exit interviews and support development of employee relations policies

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Polish and UK labor law
• Degree or equivalent experience in related field (HR certifications a plus)
• Around 3 years of experience in employee relations or HR
• Experience conducting investigations, interpreting data, and solving problems
• Clear communication skills, ability to build relationships, and handle sensitive situations professionally
• Strong organization skills to manage priorities in fast-paced environment
