What you will do
- Support the Global Mobility & Immigration team and business stakeholders with queries.
- Perform due diligence and coordinate with experts to validate compliance for cross-border working and short-term business travel cases.
- Monitor internal records, data privacy controls, and conduct internal audits.
- Keep compliance records and processes updated with legislation or vendor changes.
- Support global project delivery by managing internal stakeholders and external suppliers for timely execution.
Requirements
- Experienced Global Mobility Analyst in immigration, international working, and short-term business travel.
- Demonstrated experience with GM compliance, immigration requirements, and risks.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, calm under pressure, ability to re-prioritize quickly.
- Resilience, flexibility, and strong team collaboration in fast-paced environments.
- Pro-active problem-solving with policy, process, and organizational skills; expert in internal audits and projects.
