• Support the Global Mobility & Immigration team and business stakeholders with queries.
• Perform due diligence and coordinate with experts to validate compliance for cross-border working and short-term business travel cases.
• Monitor internal records, data privacy controls, and conduct internal audits.
• Keep compliance records and processes updated with legislation or vendor changes.
• Support global project delivery by managing internal stakeholders and external suppliers for timely execution.

Requirements

• Experienced Global Mobility Analyst in immigration, international working, and short-term business travel.
• Demonstrated experience with GM compliance, immigration requirements, and risks.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, calm under pressure, ability to re-prioritize quickly.
• Resilience, flexibility, and strong team collaboration in fast-paced environments.
• Pro-active problem-solving with policy, process, and organizational skills; expert in internal audits and projects.
