Salary: €63,550 — €71,500 EUR per year

What you will do

  • Manage immigration cases and provide expert guidance on business travel and sponsorship.
  • Deliver legal and strategic advice on immigration compliance for clients.
  • Take ownership of senior-level escalations and assist leadership in managing large-scale mobility projects.
  • Analyze, prepare, and submit visa and work permit applications.
  • Monitor international immigration laws to ensure ongoing compliance and maintain internal documentation.
  • Mentor and support Mobility Specialists and Coordinators.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or related immigration roles.
  • In-depth understanding of typical immigration processes and compliance requirements.
  • Fluent English (C1+) written and spoken.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth tech environment.
  • Ability to work asynchronously in a fully hirify.global setup.
