Focus on executing RFPs, negotiating high-value contracts, and establishing risk mitigation strategies for facilities.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

What you will do

  • Qualify and establish strategic working relationships with capital equipment and MRO suppliers.
  • Execute strategic sourcing events including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs for equipment and MRO categories.
  • Collaborate with Operations, R&D, and facility leads to translate functional needs into sourcing objectives.
  • Negotiate favorable contract agreements and optimize costs for CapEx and MRO materials and services.
  • Develop and monitor KPI metrics and regular reporting for MRO contract adherence.
  • Establish redundancy plans and risk mitigation strategies for the supply chain.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Strategic Sourcing experience supporting operations, manufacturing, or fulfillment functions.
  • In-depth experience executing sourcing events specifically within CapEx and MRO categories.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a people leadership role.
  • Strong quantitative skills to analyze complex vendor price quotes against business requirements.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of professional sourcing experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 35%.
