What you will do

• Define and drive supply chain and strategic procurement objectives to improve gross margins and risk profiles.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and supplier strategies, including the execution of complex RFPs and supplier transitions.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps and establish program governance, success criteria, and milestones across multiple work-streams.
• Partner with Clinical, Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to align supply chain priorities with business goals.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify process improvements and communicate insights to VP-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 10+ years of experience in a strategic procurement role for production goods and services.
• 3+ years of experience in pharmacy or medical device procurement.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Advanced judgment in evaluating and selecting methods to achieve company-wide strategic initiatives.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
• Certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or Lean/Six Sigma.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau for tracking cost, risk, and supplier KPIs.
• Experience in digital health, payer, or provider environments.
