What you will do

• Partner with internal teams to guide purchasing decisions and lead vendor negotiations.
• Manage end-to-end vendor engagements from initial conversations through to signed contracts.
• Build and improve simple, scalable procurement processes to help teams move quickly.
• Own and optimize the end-to-end procure-to-pay process for scale.
• Organize vendor relationships, including tracking contracts, renewals, and performance.
• Support spend across software, marketing, real estate, and professional services.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in procurement or procurement operations, ideally at a B2B technology or software company.
• Proven track record of negotiating vendor contracts, including commercial and legal terms.
• Experience with procurement and expense tools such as Zip, Ramp, and Navan.
• Solid understanding of third-party risk and vendor lifecycle management.
• Experience building processes within fast-growing, fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
