What you will do

• Lead the Pioneer Program, coordinating elite Postgres AI experts and strategic partners to deliver high-value outcomes.
• Ensure tight alignment, tracking, and hand-off between internal teams including Product, Engineering, CX, and Sales.
• Define and implement operating models and plans for customer engagement and outcome delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables to keep the team organized and executing effectively.
• Identify resource needs, gaps, and potential risks to address them before they impact schedules.
• Foster approaches that increase the leverage of work to enable re-use across multiple accounts and organizations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical solutions, product management, services management, or consulting.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with and influencing multiple stakeholders across sales, services, product, and engineering.
• Proven ability to refine perspectives quickly and execute with urgency.
• Experience creating and managing technical tools and assets to support team execution and delivery.
• Evidence of driving product or service improvements based on customer fehirify.globalack.
