Staff Accountant

Salary: $128,800 – $161,000 (US, offers equity)

What you will do

• Assist with monthly and quarterly close: prepare financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Tax, Legal, HR, Payroll to gather data and improve processes
• Identify and implement AI/automation to streamline accounting processes and enhance accuracy
• Improve financial reporting, disclosures, and develop policies for US GAAP compliance
• Support external auditors for annual audit and reviews
• Handle special projects and ad hoc analysis for Accounting Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related; CPA preferred
• 4+ years accounting experience, mix of public and industry preferred
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, financial reporting and close processes
• Experience with AI, automation tools for accounting workflows
• Excellent communication, analytical skills, attention to detail
• Thrive in fast-paced SaaS environment with tight deadlines
• Experience with ERP like Netsuite, Numeric, Zip, Navan
