What you will do

  • Develop strategies with account executives to acquire new customers and drive expansion to meet revenue targets.
  • Lead pre-sales engineering activities including technical discovery, RFP responses, and providing architectural guidance.
  • Manage technical evaluations, security questionnaires, and maintain strong ongoing client relationships.
  • Support marketing efforts by hosting webinars, participating in trade shows, and reviewing technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with product management to provide industry insights and influence the product roadmap.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure overall customer success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or consulting within a SaaS environment.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Bracknell, UK.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience conducting technical demonstrations and managing software evaluations.
  • Ability to learn new technologies rapidly and demonstrate AI fluency.
