What you will do

• Review customer contracts and master agreements to ensure appropriate revenue recognition per ASC 606.
• Set up and maintain accurate billing and revenue schedules within the accounting system.
• Perform advanced Excel-based analysis to model contract terms and validate billing schedules.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance teams to align contract structures with internal policies.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in revenue or billing data through root cause analysis.
• Prepare and maintain documentation to support internal controls, audits, and SOX compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with minimum 5 years of experience (or advanced degree with 3+ years).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Solid understanding of ASC 606 and its application to complex customer contracts.
• Proficiency in Excel, including large datasets, complex formulas, and pivot tables.
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems, with NetSuite preferred.
