What you will do

• Manage monthly burn forecasts and ensure variance remains below 5% to reach net-zero targets.
• Develop ROI-based capacity models to ensure headcount growth is strictly aligned with revenue milestones.
• Build and maintain complex financial models (LTV/CAC, GMV Sensitivity) to defend marketplace valuation.
• Lead financial modeling and due diligence to secure Venture Debt and prepare for Series C.
• Own the annual audit process and implement internal controls to scale the organization to 100+ employees.
• Partner with the CEO and department heads to evaluate ROI for new marketplace initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, or FP&A within high-growth fintech or marketplaces.
• Expert-level skills in 3-statement integrated modeling (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Ability to distill complex financial concepts into actionable insights for non-finance executives.
