What you will do

• Establish and lead the cloud financial management (FinOps) strategy and culture from the ground up.
• Develop forecasting models and financial reporting for AWS and Azure cloud expenditure.
• Design and manage commitment strategies including Reserved Instances and Savings Plans.
• Drive cross-functional optimization initiatives with engineering teams to improve architectural efficiency.
• Implement tagging standards, cost allocation frameworks, and executive-level dashboards.
• Support vendor negotiations and long-term infrastructure planning.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or FinOps.
• Proven track record of establishing FinOps practices, governance, and chargeback models.
• Deep expertise in public-cloud pricing and billing models (AWS, Azure).
• Strong ability to partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, and Product Management.
• Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting connected to unit economics and business metrics.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
