What you will do

• Implement robust legal and compliance procedures to ensure all produced research complies with applicable laws.
• Develop and execute strategies to monitor and review research outputs.
• Hire, onboard, and manage a team of Research Compliance associates in London.
• Review and approve expert insights to ensure alignment with legal policies.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance internal and external research delivery platforms.
• Create marketing and training materials for Research and Client Services teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in law, risk management, or compliance.
• Proven experience in growing and leading a team.
• Experience in project or program management.
• Must be based in London.
• Bachelor's degree or a relevant law degree is preferred.
