$170,000 – $210,000 USD plus equity

What you will do

• Own the vision and execution for business objectives spanning multiple engineering teams.
• Translate customer feedback, product analytics, and market insights into feature specifications and prioritized roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, user-focused products.
• Lead end-to-end feature processes from discovery and design through development and release.
• Implement analytics instrumentation to support data-driven decision-making.
• Advocate for developers’ needs, evaluate product performance, iterate features, and drive adoption.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS or developer-focused software.
• Strong technical understanding of developer tools and workflows.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for asynchronous, distributed environments.
• Evidence-driven mindset using data, analytics, and customer insights.
• Experience leading feature development from conception to launch.
• Collaborative with ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a front-end developer.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design.
