What you will do

• Administer and maintain Atlassian Cloud applications, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Access, and Statuspage.
• Design and manage Jira workflows, automation rules, custom fields, and permission schemes aligned with organizational standards.
• Implement and support identity federation (SSO, SCIM) with Azure Entra ID via Atlassian Access.
• Develop automations and integrations using Atlassian APIs, webhooks, and tools like ScriptRunner or Automation for Jira.
• Partner with Security, Compliance, and IT Governance to ensure adherence to data retention, access control, and audit requirements.
• Provide user support, training, and best-practice guidance for Atlassian tools and related SaaS integrations like Slack and Zoom.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience administering and supporting Atlassian Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Jira project configurations, workflows, automation, and permission models.
• Experience with SSO, SCIM, and user lifecycle management via Azure Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Proficiency in API integrations or automation scripting using Python, PowerShell, or similar.
• Understanding of SaaS governance principles, including BCP/DRP documentation and access reviews.
• Must be based in Europe for remote work or located in Amsterdam.
