What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Norwegian and international clients.
  • Drive consistent growth through proactive engagement and strategic account planning.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of opportunities from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to shape customer offers, pricing, and value propositions.
  • Lead complex bids and negotiate contracts to ensure mutual value and profitability.
  • Track deal progress and maintain pipeline visibility for management forecasting.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, or solution sales within tech, consulting, or software.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong commercial mindset regarding pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at the C-level.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English.
  • Experience collaborating with presales and technical delivery teams.
