TL;DR
Sales Executive (Business Development): Drive new business acquisition through outbound outreach, product demos, and full sales cycle management with an accent on achieving sales targets and building partner relationships. On-site in London office 5 days per week (The Bower, The Tower, 207 Old St, London, EC1V 9NR). Must work from the office; no remote option.

What you will do
- Consistently achieve sales KPIs and targets through outbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels.
- Present product demos, promote services, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner objectives.
- Handle 100% of qualified inbound leads promptly and document outcomes in CRM.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless partner experience and provide market trend feedback.
- Serve as lead contact for partners on commercial activities, including potential in-person meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience with proven track record.
- Strong hunter mindset and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Naturally curious with desire for continuous growth and development.
- Available to work on-site in London office 5 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms.
- Bi-lingual fluency in English and another language.
- Background in beauty and wellness industry.
