What you will do

• Drive customer requirements into product roadmaps and priorities for successful market differentiation.
• Develop product value propositions addressing pain points in HPC, AI, and networking.
• Own product strategy, positioning, design win plans for OEMs and system integrators.
• Build business cases to optimize portfolio and financial performance.
• Prepare phase-gate reviews, roadmap communications, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering for collateral and revenue success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s (min) Master’s (preferred) in Electrical/Computer Engineering or CS
• 5+ years direct product management for high performance networking hardware (NICs, Ethernet/InfiniBand switches) in data centers
• 5+ years experience with networking interconnects: InfiniBand, RoCE, Omni-Path, Ethernet
• 5+ years working with OEMs/ODMs, enterprises, cloud providers, hyperscalers for design wins
• Experience using AI-assisted tools for product management activities
• Reside within the United States

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ownership of hardware PRDs and phase-gates from concept to EOL.
• Hardware business cases (price-performance, TCO, BOM models).
• Alignment of architecture, silicon, validation, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
• Technical checklists, sales training, integration guides.
• Familiarity with datacenter workloads (model training, inference, HPC).
