What you will do
- Create, improve, and maintain sales processes, best practices, playbooks, and documentation.
- Develop and deliver onboarding and continuous education sessions tailored to sales roles across multi-product domains.
- Build assessment strategies, 1:1 training, and coaching programs to ensure proficiency in product knowledge, messaging, and sales processes.
- Maintain repository of sales enablement materials like decks, case studies, and product videos.
- Own data, analytics, and KPIs for enablement programs to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations on training priorities and serve as SME on sales tools.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years in sales, sales enablement, or related field
- Excellent communication skills for creating and delivering presentations and training.
- Passion for enabling success through tools, methodologies, and training.
- Meticulous organization, detail orientation, and task-driven nature.
- Enthusiasm to learn complex domains and team player mindset.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and decision-making.
Nice to have
- Experience attaining or exceeding quotas in high-velocity B2B SaaS sales.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Intercom, Mindtickle, Highspot, and integrations.
