What you will do

• Understand user needs via qualitative and quantitative methods to build adopted products and features.
• Master customers’ legacy systems and apply AI to ingest and map data into products.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, and ML researchers to ship high-quality features quickly.
• Work with product marketing, sales, customer success, and operations for seamless launches and onboardings, refining based on feedback.
• Influence strategy, translate into tactics, and execute with accountability in cross-functional sprints.

Requirements

• At least 4 years in B2B product management in high-growth environment.
• Optimization mindset for automating ops and data-intensive processes.
• Experience with complex workflow products like document generation or decision-support tools.
• Strong qualitative user research skills.
• Excellent quantitative skills, including SQL and data-driven storytelling.
• Growth-focused, execution-driven mindset to prioritize, experiment, and iterate quickly.

• AI/ML product experience and understanding of leveraging ML for user value.
