Location: Redmond, United States. Employees within a 50-mile commute of the Redmond office are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.

Salary: USD $163,000 – $296,400 per year (IC6, typical US base pay; higher in SF Bay Area and NYC).

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end product development from concept to launch for Copilot apps, owning product areas and user needs.
• Define product requirements, strategy, and technical specs in collaboration with UX and AI teams.
• Run experiments, measure success with data and research, and iterate quickly to deliver user-delighting experiences.
• Overcome roadblocks to ship fast, using AI for research, prototyping, and data analysis.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate across cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, PMs, and AI researchers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development (or equivalent).
• Experience owning products, understanding user needs, and managing development and launches.
• Ability to translate business goals into product and technical requirements.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 10+ years experience (or equivalent).
• 2+ years building consumer products in productivity, search, education, or messaging.
• Experience with AI tools for research, planning, coding; ML/LLMs; 0-to-1 products; prototyping.
• Ability to manage priorities and contribute to inclusive team culture.
