Salary: $150,000 – $170,000

What you will do

• Own the full design process from discovery and concept exploration to final UI specifications and developer handoff.
• Conduct user research, including customer interviews and usability testing, to inform design decisions.
• Partner with product management and sales to create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive demos for enterprise deals.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across mobile and web platforms.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional squad to participate in sprint ceremonies and daily decision-making.
• Design mobile-first experiences tailored for frontline workers in challenging environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio in B2B SaaS.
• Must be based in Boston and able to work from the office 3 days per week.
• Expertise in mobile-first design patterns and designing for non-desk workers.
• Proficiency in Figma and rapid prototyping.
• Strong systems thinking skills for complex integration workflows and data mapping.
• Ability to articulate design rationale and collaborate effectively with engineers and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience designing enterprise integration UIs.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience in a scaling startup environment.
