What you will do

• Build and nurture relationships with new sellers to expand the Collectables network in Japan
• Identify, qualify, and develop leads through calls, emails, field visits, fairs, and collaboration with experts
• Reactivate dormant sellers and engage organic sign-ups to generate opportunities
• Qualify inbound leads using data insights and sales tools to prioritize high-impact opportunities
• Deliver smooth pre- and post-sales onboarding for new sellers
• Select high-potential sellers, grow them, and transition to Account Management
• Collaborate with Account Managers to define and support seller growth plans

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales and consistently achieving targets
• Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with sellers, manufacturers, and distributors
• Solid negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
• Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Interest in online marketplaces, reuse markets, or collectables
• Fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English
• Willingness to travel regularly within Japan
