What you will do
- Lead complex, multi-tower, multi-million dollar deals from qualification to closure.
- Develop pricing and commercial strategies to create compelling propositions for strategic accounts.
- Lead contract negotiations with top-level executives, including CxOs, to ensure profitable growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define winning technical solutions and bid submissions.
- Own and refine final proposal documents, presenting technical designs professionally.
- Establish reporting and governance processes to monitor deal success.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in leading customer negotiations.
- High level of industry-specific solution expertise in the banking sector.
- Proven experience in conceptualizing and executing bid activities and deals.
- Japanese language proficiency.
- Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Sales experience in technical solutions.
