Salary: $140,200 - $168,800 annually

What you will do
- Manage and guide project staff (5-20 technical team members) to ensure successful delivery of client infrastructure projects.
- Provide leadership in structures construction management, contract administration, and quality assurance on bridge and highway works.
- Develop work plans, budgets, and schedules; review client RFQs/RFPs and support business development.
- Monitor project progress, costs, and quality; resolve issues, conduct audits, and handle disputes/claims.
- Liaise with clients, Engineers of Record, and subconsultants; maintain records, reports, and communications.
- Recruit, train, and performance-manage staff; prioritize resources across multiple projects.
Requirements
- Diploma in Structural Technology or related engineering degree (or grade 12 + structures courses).
- 7+ years in bridge construction supervision, including 5+ years in structures construction management.
- Extensive experience with complex highway structures projects, multi-tiered teams, contracts, budgets, and quality systems.
- Valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle for travel to job sites throughout BC; ability to work in inclement weather.
- Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills; staff management experience preferred.
- AScT, P.Eng., or CPWI registration preferred; knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil3D, CAiCE an asset.
