What you will do

• Manage project documentation, correspondence, and distribute meeting minutes.
• Coordinate project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and resolve project issues.
• Monitor project costs, prepare estimates, and perform site reviews.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Assist Project Managers in the development of project proposals.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a civil engineering environment.
• Completed Degree or Diploma focused in Civil Engineering.
• Must be based in or able to work in Burnaby, BC.
• Valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Experience in transportation or transit systems.
• CAPM Certification.
• Registration as an EIT or P.Eng. with EGBC or GradTech with ASTTBC.
• Practical construction experience.
