What you will do

• Manage project lifecycles, including client briefings, timeline tracking, and status reporting.
• Coordinate budgets with external partners and prepare detailed work orders for the studio.
• Act as the central liaison between onsite teams, marketing, and studio teams during project execution.
• Procure assets, verify design briefs, and manage technical requirements for packaging production.
• Perform final rounds of QA on all assets to ensure work is executed according to the client brief.
• Handle billing preparation, calculate price quotes, and archive completed projects.

Requirements

• Degree in graphics, media communication management, design, or a similar field.
• 2-4 years of experience in client service, preferably within a packaging environment.
• Strong understanding of packaging design and printing processes (Flexo, Litho, Gravure).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be based in Toronto, ON for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with CGI processes and digital media.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Freelance production experience.
