Implementation Project Manager

TL;DR

Implementation Project Manager (Asset Servicing SaaS): Lead implementation of Corporate Actions & Income Processing SaaS platform for financial clients with an accent on user testing, training, data integration, and migration strategies. Focus on governance, risk management, change control, and driving mock conversions to successful go-live.

Location: Remote (Toronto, ON, Canada/North America)

Hourly range: $90-100/hr CAD

What you will do

• Define testing strategy, manage user testing phases, track progress, and triage issues with clients.
• Plan and deliver internal and client training, including materials and hands-on demonstrations.
• Handle change control, raise CRs, perform analysis, and manage project risks with mitigation and escalation.
• Define data integration mappings, configurations, migration strategies, and runbooks for conversions and go-live.
• Oversee planning, execution, governance, reporting, and participation in steering committees.
• Manage production compares using BDC, reconcile legacy outputs, and handle team and environment management.

Requirements

• 10+ years as conversions/implementation consultant or manager on SaaS projects for Wealth/Capital Markets.
• 5+ years project management experience; 1+ year leading teams up to 5.
• Asset Servicing expertise (Dividends, Coupons, Tax, Corporate Actions) and full lifecycle understanding.
• Experience with Equities/Fixed Income, integrations (BoNY, DTCC), SQL, Excel, JIRA, agile environments.
• Client-facing skills, critical thinking, data analysis, and large-scale project governance.
