What you will do
- Manage distributors to ensure active coverage of Distribution Managed Partner base, implementing scalable processes for opportunities in sub-100-user segment.
- Motivate distributors to recruit, onboard, and enable new partners with sales/technical training and certification access.
- Partner with MSP team to recruit new MSPs and support reseller transitions to MSP model.
- Drive high renewal rates through structured engagement plans and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and channel teams to align distributors with business priorities.
- Conduct monthly business reviews (MBRs) and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to assess performance and optimize plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience in channel, distributor, or partner-led sales model, ideally in technology or cybersecurity.
- Success managing high-volume partner ecosystems, accelerating partner onboarding to first billing.
- Strong understanding of renewals, partner activation, and lifecycle management to drive renewals execution.
- Experience in cross-functional matrixed organizations, operating with ambiguity using automation and structured programs.
- Fluent Italian – essential for credibility with partners and distributors.
- Fluent English – required for collaboration with EMEA and Ireland stakeholders.
