What you will do

• Design, develop, and convert courses into engaging online asynchronous eLearning experiences
• Create participant guides, instructor manuals, PowerPoint presentations, and job aids for classroom and virtual sessions
• Develop multimedia assets including text, images, video, and audio
• Maintain and update existing eLearning courses
• Partner with trainers, managers, and subject matter experts to adapt content and integrate feedback
• Manage project schedules, track tasks, and ensure deadlines while maintaining quality and brand alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience developing with asynchronous tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline)
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodology and adult learning principles
• Expertise in e-learning and SCORM packages
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Exceptional project management, communication skills, and ability to translate complex ideas into engaging content
