Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure): Leading civil engineering projects including highways, bridges, and road rehabilitation from initiation to completion with an accent on governance, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination. Location: Kamloops, British Columbia (Hybrid)

Salary: $114,950 - $164,800 annually

What you will do

• Act as key contact for stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and support staff
• Develop governance structures and lead project schedules and resource coordination
• Monitor budgets, project cash flows, and status reporting
• Support clients proactively and handle change management
• Engage in business development, prepare proposals, and mentor junior team members

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in civil engineering
• Post-secondary education, P.Eng. with EGBC, ASTTBC or equivalent (assets)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and personal vehicle
• Progressive experience managing complex projects
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and time management skills
