What you will do

  • Act as SME lead on projects supporting strategy by redesigning business models, streamlining processes, and implementing changes.
  • Scope and deliver operational excellence projects within deadlines and budgets.
  • Facilitate client workshops to increase efficiency, release capacity, and reduce errors.
  • Analyze complex ideas, build recommendations using data and stakeholder insights.
  • Coach and mentor team on operational excellence methodologies.
  • Coordinate workshops and deliver reports and presentations.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in Fund Administration industry.
  • Understanding of fund administration in Private Markets (helpful; open to Investor Relations, Operational Solutions, Product Management, Fund Accounting backgrounds).
  • Experience delivering process redesign projects using known methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of business process design, documentation, improvement, and management (BPR, BPI, BPM).
  • Experience in data capture, gap analysis, and identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • Understanding of business and operational KPIs and metrics.
