What you will do

• Create, update, and maintain load entries in TMS, assist with driver assignments based on HOS and routes.
• Prepare ACE/ACI e-manifests, generate PARS/PAPS barcodes, track border clearances, and escalate delays.
• Handle driver communications in English/Hindi, provide instructions for pickups, deliveries, and border requirements.
• Monitor trucks via Samsara ELD/GPS, update TMS with real-time statuses, and log exceptions.
• Send load status updates to customers and report progress/handovers to Toronto dispatch team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year dispatch experience with cross-border Canada–USA trucking from Toronto/Montreal.
• Strong knowledge of ACE, ACI, PARS, PAPS, cross-border customs, HOS rules in Canada/USA.
• Strong knowledge of TMS (Avaal preferred), Samsara Fleet Management.
• High proficiency in spoken/written English; Hindi required, Punjabi asset.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel; detail-oriented, ability to handle multiple loads under pressure.
