What you will do

• Develop and refine operating model for national pharmacy network, define performance frameworks across cost, service, scalability, and risk
• Identify improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis and lead executive business reviews
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Revenue, Finance, Legal, and Patient Services to drive initiatives end-to-end
• Serve as senior point of contact for key pharmacy partners, elevate relationships, handle negotiations and incentives
• Build scalable mechanisms for SLA governance, risk mitigation, playbooks, SOPs, and support partner onboarding and expansion

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or high-growth environment
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguity
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear executive communication
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders internally and externally
• High ownership mindset and interest in healthcare or regulated industries
