Accounts Receivable (Offshore Back Office Centre) - Logistics

Location: On-site at Offshore Back Office Centre (not remote), full Toronto EST hours 9 AM–6 PM, 5 days a week

What you will do

• Generate and validate customer invoices in QuickBooks using TMS data, ensuring audit-compliant formats and multi-currency accuracy.
• Perform daily reconciliations between QuickBooks AR and TMS, identifying discrepancies and maintaining exception logs.
• Prepare weekly AR ageing reports, cash inflow projections, and payment behavior insights for management.
• Conduct collections via emails and calls, tracking promises and updating collections tracker.
• Monitor credit limits, flag risks, and track revenue trends to support operations and sales.
• Handle quarterly customer statement reconciliations and documentation support (PODs, BOLs).

Requirements

• 2–3 years Accounts Receivable experience in transportation/logistics or ERP/SaaS environment
• High proficiency in QuickBooks for invoicing, payments, ageing, and reporting
• Strong skills in daily QuickBooks-TMS reconciliations and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots, filters)
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Must work full Toronto EST hours on-site at Offshore Back Office Centre
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and understanding of transportation billing
