Salary: $50,000-$55,000 CAD

What you will do

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries with supporting documentation
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor account activity and maintain accurate balances
• Adhere to internal controls, ensure compliance, and support audits
• Collaborate on reporting, analysis, special projects, and process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting
• Experience with journal entries and account reconciliations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP system
