What you will do

• Generate and issue high-volume customer invoices on recurring and ad hoc basis
• Monitor accounts for timely collections and follow up on overdue balances
• Apply cash receipts, reconcile discrepancies across payment methods
• Investigate and resolve billing issues, disputes, and customer inquiries
• Maintain AR aging reports and provide updates to management
• Support sales with customer/vendor forms and month-end activities
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations for billing accuracy
• Improve AR processes, systems, and automation

Requirements

• 2–5+ years in accounts receivable or similar accounting role
• Proven ability to manage high-volume transactional workloads accurately
• Strong understanding of AR processes: invoicing, collections, cash application
• Proficiency in accounting systems, Excel; experience with Stripe, Quickbooks, Hubspot, Slack
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, communication
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, meet deadlines in fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS or usage-based billing
• Familiarity with automation tools and process improvements
• Exposure to audit support and compliance
