What you will do
- Support a portfolio of 4-5 MedSpas as their primary virtual front desk.
- Handle all incoming phone calls and messages professionally.
- Close inbound leads and set appointments using the company CRM.
- Manage scheduling and rescheduling of patient appointments.
- Provide answers to basic questions regarding location and operating hours.
- Escalate complex inquiries to the respective MedSpa owner.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, ideally as a Virtual Assistant or Front Desk Operator.
- Background in the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in sales and converting leads into engagements.
- Availability to work during US hours and follow US holidays.
- Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal English with a neutral accent.
- Ability to solve problems independently with minimal supervision.
