What you will do

• Drive revenue by engaging partners and end customers in industrial environments to meet sales targets.
• Establish and manage relationships with industrial automation channels, including ICS manufacturers and integrators.
• Enable partners through training, tools, and resources for selling industrial cybersecurity solutions.
• Collaborate on joint business plans, revenue targets, and new market opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and threats to inform go-to-market strategies.
• Work with internal teams to align solutions with partner and customer needs and report on KPIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years in channel sales, business development, preferably in industrial cybersecurity or technology.
• Proven experience in a cybersecurity company with understanding of industry practices.
• Deep knowledge of industrial cybersecurity, technologies, challenges, and regulations (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443).
• Track record of achieving sales targets via channel strategies.
• Strong relationship management, technical acumen in OT/IT convergence and ICS.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; Bachelor’s preferred.
