Meta Specialist (Meta Ads): Design testing & optimization plans to roll out and manage tests across 50+ accounts for lead generation with an accent on A/B and multivariate testing, performance reporting, and creative optimization. Location: Remote - Philippines

Hourly rate $7.50 – $12.00 per hour

What you will do

• Design and implement A/B and multivariate testing programs to improve campaign performance across ad variables and strategies.
• Analyze test results and apply insights to refine targeting, creatives, and ad formats.
• Develop standardized naming conventions and generate comprehensive performance reports with key metrics and trends.
• Partner with creative team to develop and test ad creatives, providing feedback for optimization.
• Manage client relationships, serve as marketing point-of-contact, handle campaign launches, and guide providers through requests.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency.
• At least 1 year experience with Meta Ads for lead generation and improving performance.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation, listening, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Project management or sales experience.
• Approachable personality with client-focused mindset.
• Experience in aesthetics industry (medspas, plastic surgery, beauty).
