What you will do

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and YouTube.
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Oversee organic social media strategy, posting, engagement, and content calendar.
• Monitor performance metrics like lead generation, cost per lead, and ROI.
• Conduct audience testing, creative testing, and budget optimization.
• Provide performance reports with insights and collaborate on growth goals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years managing paid ad campaigns and social media.
• Proficiency with Google Ads and Meta Ads; track record in ROAS and lead generation.
• Experience managing organic social media for businesses.
• Strong written and verbal English; comfortable with video calls.
• Experience with US-based businesses required; law firm marketing preferred.
• Willingness to learn client-specific systems.
